Quarterly MPO Reports
The Unified Planning and Work Program (UPWP) of the Regional Intergovernmental Council (RIC) Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is a required planning document that sets forth the work activities and planning budget for the Kanawha-Putnam area MPO that includes the whole Charleston Area Urbanized Area (UZA) and the Hurricane-Teays Valley Portion of the Huntington Transportation Management Area (TMA).
Open and transparent monitoring of the progress of the RIC MPO’s UPWP is crucial to maintain a planning process that is comprehensive, continuous, and cooperative. As a result, this page will serve as an archive library for the RIC MPO Quarterly Progress Reports as it relates to the UPWP, beginning with the 1st Quarter of State Fiscal Year 2024.
